Dairy:27th Aug. 2007

Today is already Monday. It is exciting for me to ga to school next Monday. Because I am in 4D which is a new class. I also very happy that Elaine and I are in the same class. Do you know that Elaine is very friendly? And she teach me many things such as study.

Times went very fast. In the summer holidays which was nearly two months, I seem do nothing. Suddenly, We are going to school next Monday. At the same time, I was lucky that I can finish my homework. I can't image the students who are very lazy how can they finish their homework in time.

Finally, I must say goodbye for my holiday. Then, in the new term, I will do my best!

A profile of my favorite writer

My favorite writer is Jane Austen. She was born on 16th December 1775 in Stevenson. Her father, the Reverend George Austen, was rector of Stevenson. Where she spent her first twenty-five years, along with her were six brothers (two of them later became naval officers in the Napoleonic wars) and her adored sister, Cassandra.

In 1796, her first novel, Eli nor and Marianne. Then one year later, her first novel Impressions, was published. In 1801, her family moved to Bath. She began to work on The Watson, a novel that remained unfinished. In the next few years, she published Mansfield Park (1814) and Emma (1816). At the same time, she had lots of awards.

She died on July 18th, 1817. I like her novels very much. So I think she is my favorite writer.

Diary: 9th Aug. 2007

Today we must go to school to do something about F.4. In the morning of night am, I called Elaine to ask her if we wore the sweater. At the same time, she didn’t wake up and I told her we must go to school before night thirty am. Suddenly she asked me what the time was. I replied that was eight fifty am. Knowing the time, Elaine was very afraid and she said that she might go to school on time.

After half an hour, I already went to school. While I saw Elaine sat down on the chair, I was very surprise that she was earlier than me to go to school. I also felt Elaine was been lucky that she didn’t late.

About ten minutes ago, Miss Li who was our head-teacher of the class, was coming. Seeing Miss Li, we all stop talking. Then Miss Li gave us a lot of F4’s form. She also told us a huge of things, such as study harder, read more books, do your holiday homework well, listen something about English etc.

Finally, we left school at eleven am. Elaine, TSE Ying and I had a lunch nearby our school because we had come black to school to join a study tour at one pm. And I felt that was my busy day.

Film Review

A few weeks ago, I watched a film whose name is called Night at the Museum. This is an action comedy. The actor is called Larry who works in the Nature History Museum.

The story is talking about there are many the most amazing things-wild-eyed prehistoric creatures, fierce ancient warriors, long lost tribes, African animals and history's legendary in the museum. Larry sees many animals can run in the midnight. He is afraid when he saw them at the first time. They always uncooperative and make Larry intolerant. But they are be good friends at the

end of thstory.

After I watched this film, I was very cheerful. I think this is a good film. You had better watch this film when you have a bad mood. Because this film can make you laugh.
